    Returns & Refunds Policy
    We stand by the quality of our products. However, due to the custom nature of these items, our policy is as follows:

    Eligible for Return or Replacement:
    Damaged or Defective Items:
    Contact us within 7 days of delivery. Photographic evidence may be required.
    Incorrect Customisation (Our Error):
    If your item does not match the customisation details you submitted, notify us within 7 days. We will review the order and correct the issue if it’s our fault.

    Exclusions:
    Customer Errors:
    We cannot offer refunds or replacements for mistakes in the customisation details provided by the customer. Please review your information carefully before submitting.
    Change of Mind:
    As these items are personalised, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind purchases or if the product matches the provided details.

All packaging bears only the Stiggy Lee Creations brand and contains no third-party logos, marks, or protected artwork.
