All toys used within our displays are either repurposed or second-hand items legally acquired through resale channels. These are reworked with original background artwork and framing designed solely by Stiggy Lee Creations.
We do not manufacture, distribute, or represent any official brand, studio, or franchise. Any references made to themes, genres, or styles (e.g., superhero-inspired, flying hero, armoured figure, web-slinger style) are purely descriptive in nature and used for the purpose of artistic transformation and customer understanding. No affiliation or endorsement is implied or intended with any rights-holder, including but not limited to DC Comics, Marvel, Disney, or any subsidiary thereof.
All trademarks, service marks, and copyrights referenced, used, or depicted within our products remain the property of their respective owners. Where any image, colour scheme, or character concept appears to be similar to those protected under trademark or copyright law, such use is intended to be transformative, satirical or generic in character, and made in good faith under the fair dealing exceptions pursuant to section 30 of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.
Nonetheless, we strive to ensure that no product is marketed or presented in a manner that is likely to cause confusion or mislead as to the origin, sponsorship or affiliation of the item. All packaging bears only the Stiggy Lee Creations brand and contains no third-party logos, marks, or protected artwork.
